Effective October 26, 2026. These terms govern use of ntdciso.com. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement.
The site is informational
Content on this site describes services and general practices. It is not legal, licensing, accounting, or investment advice, and reading it does not create a client relationship. Work with NTD Consulting happens only under a signed agreement that states its own scope, fees, and terms.
No guaranteed outcomes
Security work reduces risk; it does not eliminate it. We do not guarantee any specific examination outcome, regulatory result, certification, or that a control environment will pass any audit. Statements about frameworks (such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or SOC 2) describe experience, not a promise of a particular result.
Engagements
Any engagement is governed by the agreement you sign with NTD Consulting LLC — typically a statement of work referencing a master services agreement. If those documents conflict with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Acceptable use
When using this site, you agree not to:
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or its infrastructure without written permission;
- Submit forms with false information or on behalf of someone else without their consent;
- Scrape or copy site content at volume, or resell it as your own;
- Interfere with the site's operation or bypass its security or abuse controls.
Form submissions
When you submit a form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you consent to be contacted about your request. Providing false contact information or using the forms to send unsolicited commercial messages is not permitted.
Intellectual property
Site text, page design, and downloadable templates are owned by NTD Consulting LLC. You may share links to public pages. Gated templates are for your organization's internal use and may not be republished or resold. Linked third-party articles and frameworks remain the property of their owners.
Third-party links
Pages may link to regulator publications, law-firm analyses, or other resources. We link to them for reference only; we do not endorse or control their content.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NTD Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. This limitation does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes about the site itself are subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
